Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a 90% refund. A 10% administrative fee may apply.

For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure, 50% of the total amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed upon return of the issued voucher and will be made using the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.
