On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, the excursion includes a visit to the famous Wanda Semi-Precious Stone Mines. Accompanied by a local guide, you will tour the mining site and learn about the entire extraction and processing journey of these unique minerals, from the mine to the final product.
The tour also includes a visit to the San Ignacio Miní Jesuit Ruins, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located approximately 230 km from Iguazu Falls in the province of Misiones. Recognized as one of the best-preserved Jesuit missions in South America, the site offers a fascinating insight into the region’s history and cultural heritage.
Additionally, you will visit the Flor de Jardín Cooperative in the town of Jardín América. Here, you will enjoy an interactive experience showcasing the complete yerba mate production process, from cultivation to packaging. Visitors will also have the opportunity to taste traditional regional products that are produced and sold on-site.
